Does SPIRO Plus have side effects?<\/h2>\n

Our product page mentions one: a few people notice extra gas in the first days as digestion adjusts, and the page says it settles within a week. It lists no other side effects, but we will not tell you that any supplement has none. If the gas does not settle, or anything else does not agree with you, stop taking SPIRO Plus and speak to your doctor.<\/p>\n

Two worries come up often. First, it is not a laxative: the page states \u201cno stimulant laxatives\u201d, with no dependency mechanism and no urgent-bathroom effect designed in. Second, it is not a medicine \u2014 the page says plainly that it\u2019s not a drug. If you have ongoing digestive symptoms, such as persistent pain, a lasting change in bowel habits or blood in your stool, see a doctor rather than relying on any supplement.<\/p>\n

Is SPIRO Plus the same as \u201cspiro\u201d (spironolactone)?<\/h2>\n

No. Spironolactone, often shortened to \u201cspiro\u201d, is a prescription medicine, and the side effects listed on drug-information pages belong to that medicine, not to SPIRO Plus. SPIRO Plus is a different thing: a lemon-flavour chewable that, in our page\u2019s words, is \u201cnot a drug\u201d.<\/p>\n
