MoveMD is a joint-support capsule from 1MD Nutrition, taken one capsule a day from a 30-capsule bottle. MoveOn, sold in the US as Immority MOVEON, is a once-daily 25ml drink that comes in a box of 16 ready-to-drink sachets. They are different products from different companies, with different formulas, so a review or ingredient list for one does not describe the other. If you were looking for the drink, see MOVEON for the United States.

The names share their first four letters, both are joint supplements, and a search for MoveOn can put a MoveMD listing near the top and suggest searches such as “Move md ingredients.” This page separates the two by maker, format and formula, and shows how to confirm a MoveOn box is genuine.

See also: MoveOn joint drink explained: what it is and how to take it.

How to tell MoveOn and MoveMD apart

Maker. MoveMD is a 1MD Nutrition product. MoveOn is MOVEON, an Immority product, sold in the US as Immority MOVEON.

Format. MoveMD is a capsule: 1MD’s directions are one capsule daily, with or without food. MOVEON is a 25ml liquid sachet, one a day, with no water needed.

Pack. 1MD’s page says each MoveMD bottle holds 30 capsules, a 30-day supply. A MOVEON box holds 16 sachets, a 16-day supply.

Formula. 1MD’s page names MoveMD’s main ingredients as AprèsFlex® Boswellia serrata gum resin extract, Zanthin® natural astaxanthin, types I, V and X eggshell membrane collagen, type II chicken sternum collagen and hyaluronic acid; check the MoveMD label for its full formula and amounts. MOVEON is built on UC-II®, Ovomet® eggshell membrane, BonePep™ with vitamin D3, and turmeric (details below).

Where you see them. MoveMD has its own product page on 1MD Nutrition’s website. In the United States, MOVEON is sold through the official Go Fit Organic US store; third-party marketplace listings are not this store.

So if the box says MOVEON and holds 25ml sachets, it is MoveOn. If it is a bottle of capsules, it is not.

What is in MoveOn

Each 25ml sachet carries the same eleven natural actives, built around three branded ingredients plus turmeric:

UC-II® undenatured type II collagen, 40mg, the amount used in its published trials.

Ovomet® eggshell membrane, the source of seven of the eleven actives: collagen types I, V and X, elastin, hyaluronic acid, glucosamine and chondroitin.

BonePep™ egg yolk peptide with vitamin D3; vitamin D3 contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function.

Turmeric, 500mg.

It is kiwi and green apple flavored and taken once a day. Two of the three branded actives are egg-derived, so MOVEON is not vegan and is not for anyone with an egg allergy. It is manufactured in a GMP-certified facility and third-party tested by SGS for heavy metals and against 365 adulterant drugs. Our MOVEON review goes through the research behind each ingredient.

How to check a MoveOn box is genuine

Check the name and format. A MoveOn box says MOVEON and holds 16 sachets of 25ml.

Scan the QR code. Every official pack carries the manufacturer’s anti-counterfeit QR code on the back. Scan it and key in the security code (you get one try), and the page tells you whether the pack is original.

Or use the Verify My Product page in the Go Fit Organic US store menu; it takes under a minute.

MoveOn vs MoveMD: quick answers

Is MoveMD the same as MoveOn? No. MoveMD is a once-daily capsule from 1MD Nutrition; MoveOn (Immority MOVEON) is a once-daily 25ml drink with a different formula.

Is MoveMD made by the company behind MoveOn? No. MoveMD is a 1MD Nutrition product and MOVEON is an Immority product. Go Fit Organic sells MOVEON and is not affiliated with 1MD Nutrition.

Do both contain egg? Yes. 1MD’s page says MoveMD “does contain eggs (from eggshell membrane collagen),” and two of MOVEON’s three branded actives come from egg. MOVEON is not for anyone with an egg allergy; for MoveMD, follow its label and your doctor’s advice.

Can I take them together? We can only speak for MOVEON. Both list eggshell membrane collagen and hyaluronic acid, so show both labels to your doctor or pharmacist first, especially if you take prescription medication.

Which one should I choose? We sell only one of them, so we don’t rank them. Compare the two labels on ingredients and amounts per serving, on a format you will take every day, and on allergens.

→ See MOVEON price and where to buy in the US

MOVEON is a dietary supplement, not a medicine, and it does not replace medical treatment or prescribed medication.
