Each 20ml loquat-flavor sachet carries 625mg of cultivated tiger milk mushroom; the full ingredient list is printed on the box. The published human trial used 600mg of the mushroom a day for 12 weeks, slightly less than one sachet, but that research was on the ingredient, not this exact product. The side effects people report are mild (some gas or extra phlegm in the first week); skip it if you have a mushroom allergy, and ask your doctor first if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, buying for a child, or taking medication. It costs US$87–195 on the official Go Fit Organic US store, with free 1–3 day express delivery.
We sell TIGROX, so read this as a seller’s review written to be useful rather than flattering: what is in it, whether it works, whether it is safe, and what the evidence does not show.
What is TIGROX, and where does tiger milk mushroom come from?
TIGROX is the brand; Tiger Milk King is its liquid supplement built on tiger milk mushroom (Lignosus rhinocerus). The mushroom grows in the tropical forests of Malaysia and elsewhere in Southeast Asia, and its name comes from a Malaysian legend that it springs up where a nursing tigress’s milk fell to the ground. The part that is used is the sclerotium, a tuber-like mass that forms underground, and the mushroom has centuries of traditional use in Malaysia for respiratory well-being. That is history, not proof.
Wild tiger milk mushroom is very rare, so the mushroom in Tiger Milk King is cultivated, not wild-harvested: a specific cultivar, WBF01, grown over a 9-month cultivation cycle per batch.
What’s in a TIGROX sachet?
- Tiger milk mushroom, 625mg — pure sclerotium tuber, with no grain filler. It naturally contains beta-glucan polysaccharides plus coumaric acid and caffeic acid, which have antioxidant effects.
- Other ingredients: the full, current list is printed on the box.
- Loquat — the flavor of the US version.
It is a liquid, not a capsule: the mushroom is slow-brewed at 65°C, which the brand says cracks its tough cell wall. Tear open one sachet a day and drink it directly, after a meal. A box holds 20 sachets, so it lasts 20 days.
Does TIGROX work?
Nobody can promise an individual result, including us.
- What it is for. Tiger Milk King supports respiratory health. It is a dietary supplement, not a treatment for asthma, bronchitis, COPD, or any other lung condition, and it complements, rather than replaces, your doctor’s care.
- What the research covers. The published human trial gave adults 600mg of tiger milk mushroom a day for 12 weeks and reported improvements in measures of lung function, mucosal immunity (IgA), and antioxidant capacity. But that research was on the ingredient, not the product, and a study average is not a promise for you.
How long does it take?
Think in months, not days: the clinical data was measured over 3 months. One box with no change is not a conclusion; matching the 12-week trial takes 84 sachets, a little over four boxes.
TIGROX side effects: who should skip it?
Tiger milk mushroom has one of the cleaner safety records among supplement ingredients: published toxicology found no adverse effects in animals at up to 1,000mg/kg a day for 180 days. That is reassuring, but animal data is not a human safety trial.
The side effects people report are mild: a small number notice some digestive gas or a temporary increase in phlegm in the first week. If it does not settle, or anything else feels wrong, stop and talk to your doctor.
- Mushroom allergy: do not take it.
- Pregnant or breastfeeding: speak to your doctor or midwife first. There is no human pregnancy trial, and “no evidence of harm” is not the same as “proven safe.”
- Children: the published human trial was run in adults, so check with your pediatrician first.
- On medication or being treated for a lung condition: keep taking what your doctor prescribed, and check with them before adding anything.
Is TIGROX worth the price?
On the official US store, Tiger Milk King costs US$87 to US$195 depending on the pack. Multi-packs are discounted by up to 25%, working out from US$3.25 a day, and every price is published on the product page. Delivery is free express across the US in 1–3 days.
Whether it is worth it depends on whether you will give it a fair run of a few months. If not, it is probably not worth starting; if so, a multi-pack is the better-value way to do it.
How can you tell your TIGROX is genuine?
- Scan the QR code. Every box from the official store is QR-verifiable; check yours on our Verify My Product page.
- Look up the cultivar. WBF01 is registered in the public GenBank genetic database under accession PX854920.1, which you can look up before you buy. That checks the strain the brand says it uses; the QR code checks your individual box.
- Know who is selling. Official-store orders ship from our own inventory. Third-party marketplace listings are not this store.
