What is in each MOVEON sachet?
One box holds 16 ready-to-drink 25ml sachets in kiwi and green apple flavour. You take one a day, so a box lasts 16 days. Every sachet carries the same 11 natural actives, and most of them sit inside three branded, patented ingredients:
- Ovomet® — eggshell membrane, patented in Spain. Seven of the eleven actives come from it: collagen types I, V and X, elastin, hyaluronic acid, and naturally occurring glucosamine and chondroitin.
- UC-II® — undenatured type II collagen, patented in the USA, at 40mg per sachet, the dose used in the published trials.
- Turmeric — 500mg per sachet.
- BonePep™ — a hydrolysed egg-yolk peptide, patented in Japan and studied for bone metabolism support.
- Vitamin D3 — contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function.

Does MOVEON have side effects?
Our product page lists no specific side effects, and we will not claim a supplement has none. It does name who should check first:
- Egg allergy: do not take MOVEON. Ovomet® comes from eggshell membrane and BonePep™ from egg yolk. If you are unsure, speak to your doctor before starting.
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding: check with your doctor first.
- Prescription medication: speak to your doctor or pharmacist before starting, as with any supplement.
- Older parents: if your parent takes medication or is managing a diagnosed condition, check with their doctor first.
- Children: the page describes MOVEON for adults and gives no guidance for children, so ask a doctor before giving it to a child.
As with any new food or supplement, if something does not agree with you after you start, stop taking it and speak to your doctor.
Can you take it with glucosamine or other supplements?
Generally yes, but notice the overlap. MOVEON already contains naturally occurring glucosamine and chondroitin within Ovomet®, so you may not need a separate glucosamine product as well. If you take prescription medication, check with your doctor or pharmacist first. And if you miss a day, take the next sachet as usual — do not double up.
Is MOVEON an injection, a medicine or a big pill?
None of the three. Some joint-care adverts open with lines about swallowing giant glucosamine pills, knees that “have no oil” or knee help with “no injection needed”. Here is where MOVEON actually sits against each:
- Not a pill. It is a ready-to-drink liquid: shake, tear, sip — no water needed, nothing to swallow. Our page notes that replicating this formula in pill form would take six to eight large capsules a day, which is why it is a liquid.
- Not an injection or a medicine. MOVEON is a dietary supplement, not a drug or a medical procedure, and not a substitute for anything your doctor has recommended. If your doctor has suggested an injection, physiotherapy or medication, keep following that advice.
- The “oil” in a joint is synovial fluid. Ovomet® contributes hyaluronic acid, which our page describes as supporting synovial fluid viscosity. That is ingredient-level support — not a refill, and not a promise of pain relief.
Is it safe to take joint supplements like MOVEON?
Start with what the product has been checked for. Our product page lists:
- manufacture in a GMP-certified facility;
- third-party testing by SGS — free from heavy metals and screened against 365 adulterant drugs;
- independent microbial testing;
- a Halvec Laboratories certificate of analysis and JAKIM Halal certification.
