What is the FEMOIRE Bloom set, and who is it for?
Bloom puts one box of each product in a single order: 1 × NOVIA (60 vegetable capsules) and 1 × ISODUCE Plus (20 sachets × 3 g). Wellous designed it for women 45 and over, and its advice depends on life stage: before perimenopause, start with ISODUCE Plus; once perimenopause or menopause begins, take both. Wellous says the natural phytoestrogens from soy isoflavones and Pueraria mirifica, with kacip fatimah, support hormonal balance through perimenopause and beyond.
It suits women who want one simple morning routine, can take soy and are not in a caution group below. It is not a treatment for menopause or any medical condition; if symptoms trouble you, see your doctor.
What is in NOVIA and ISODUCE Plus?
FEMOIRE NOVIA is a vegetable capsule with seven botanical extracts — kacip fatimah, maca, Pueraria mirifica, hops, fenugreek seed, saffron and oak gall (manjakani) — plus microcrystalline cellulose and magnesium stearate, with 60 capsules to a box. Wellous includes saffron for mood and formulated NOVIA with sleep quality in mind.
FEMOIRE ISODUCE Plus is a light elderflower drink: elderflower powder (51%), L-arginine, KSM-66® ashwagandha extract (10%), soy isoflavones (6.7%), dextrose, Pueraria mirifica extract, vitamin E, cranberry extract, isomaltulose, manjakani extract and vitamin D3. Each 3 g sachet has 11 kcal, with 20 sachets to a box. Pueraria mirifica and manjakani appear in both formulas.
How do you take NOVIA and ISODUCE Plus together?
Taking both is what the set is for. Wellous’s morning routine is one NOVIA capsule after a meal plus one ISODUCE Plus sachet, straight or mixed into a glass of lukewarm water. The ISODUCE Plus box allows 1–2 sachets, but Wellous suggests one every morning. Take them at the same time each day, pause during your period and resume after it ends.
One practical point: at one a day, a NOVIA box lasts 60 days but an ISODUCE Plus box only 20, so the two do not run out together.
What can you realistically expect, and when?
Only what Wellous itself states: most women notice changes in their cycle and mood within the first month, and in skin by month two to three. Wellous recommends two to three months to create your own rhythm, and results vary from woman to woman. The timeline is the brand’s own statement, not a promise.
NOVIA and ISODUCE Plus side effects: who should check with a doctor first?
The side effect listed concerns your cycle: in the first weeks it may come earlier or later, or be heavier. If your periods stopped 12 months or more ago, any bleeding is unusual; stop and see a doctor if you have unusual bleeding or feel unwell.
Do not take the set if you:
- are pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive (NOVIA contains saffron and fenugreek; ISODUCE Plus contains phytoestrogens and ashwagandha);
- are under 18;
- have, or have had, a hormone-sensitive condition: breast, uterine or ovarian cancer, endometriosis or fibroids.
Ask your doctor first if you take hormonal medication (contraceptive pill, HRT), blood thinners, or thyroid or psychiatric medication. The set contains soy.
Does it contain hormones? No synthetic hormones were detected. Universiti Sains Malaysia’s toxicology lab screened NOVIA (batch 124WNVA46) for six hormones, including norethisterone, ethinyl estradiol and progesterone, and detected none; ISODUCE Plus carries its own no-synthetic-hormone test certificate. The phytoestrogens come from soy and Pueraria mirifica, so read the cautions above before you start.
Where is it made, is it Halal, and how do you check a box is genuine?
Both products are made in Malaysia for Wellous: NOVIA by MOH Pharmaceutical Technologies, and ISODUCE Plus by Nano Food (M) under GMP and HACCP. Both are JAKIM Halal certified, and NOVIA comes in vegetable capsules whose active ingredients are plant extracts.
