What is the FEMOIRE Bloom set, and who is it for?
Bloom puts one box of each product in a single order: 1 × NOVIA (60 vegetable capsules) and 1 × ISODUCE Plus (20 sachets × 3 g). Wellous designed it for women 45 and over, and its advice depends on life stage: before perimenopause, start with ISODUCE Plus; once perimenopause or menopause begins, take both. Wellous says the natural phytoestrogens from soy isoflavones and Pueraria mirifica, with kacip fatimah, support hormonal balance through perimenopause and beyond.

What is in NOVIA and ISODUCE Plus?
FEMOIRE NOVIA is a vegetable capsule with seven botanical extracts — kacip fatimah, maca, Pueraria mirifica, hops, fenugreek seed, saffron and oak gall (manjakani) — plus microcrystalline cellulose and magnesium stearate, with 60 capsules to a box. Taking both is what the set is for. Wellous’s morning routine is one NOVIA capsule after a meal plus one ISODUCE Plus sachet, straight or mixed into a glass of lukewarm water. The ISODUCE Plus box allows 1–2 sachets, but Wellous suggests one every morning. Take them at the same time each day, pause during your period and resume after it ends.

Do not take the set if you:
