Side effects are not listed on our product page; instead, it names who should see a doctor before starting: anyone pregnant, breastfeeding, on prescription medication or with a diagnosed condition. What is in each LIVEON sachet?
Each box contains 16 sachets of 20ml, ready to drink, and every sachet carries the same blend of 15 botanicals. Four are branded (®) ingredients, meaning named, trademarked extracts rather than generic ones:
- Sirtmax®: black turmeric (Kaempferia parviflora) from Japan, standardised for its flavones.
- Enzogenol®: a water-extracted antioxidant from the bark of Pinus radiata pine grown in New Zealand.
- SOD Extramel®: superoxide dismutase (SOD), an antioxidant enzyme, from a specific cantaloupe melon cultivar in France.
- Puredia Seaberry®: sea buckthorn, which brings omega-3, -6, -7 and -9 along with vitamins and minerals.
Nine more fruit and plant extracts are named on the page, listed here alphabetically: acai, aloe vera, curcumin, giant knotweed (a natural source of resveratrol), grape seed, green tea, kiwi, mangosteen and mulberry. Vitamin C is the only ingredient given an amount on our product page: 100mg per serving. The blend is formulated in New Zealand, and the complete ingredient panel is printed on the box.
Does LIVEON have side effects?
You will not find a side-effects list on our LIVEON product page. That describes the page; it does not mean nobody could react. The page calls LIVEON a daily food-grade beverage: fat-free, 11 kcal a sachet, vegan and gluten-free, with nothing to swallow.
Two habits cover most concerns:
- Known allergy or sensitivity? Read the full panel on the box before your first sachet. Melon-derived SOD, green tea, black turmeric, curcumin and several fruits are among the named ingredients, so check for anything you already react to, and ask your doctor if unsure.
- Feel unwell after starting? Stop the sachets and see a doctor, taking the box with you.
Who should check with a doctor first?
Our product page names four cases for a doctor’s view before the first sachet:
- Pregnancy. The page does not describe LIVEON as suitable during pregnancy; it asks you to check with your doctor first.
- Breastfeeding. Same rule: ask your doctor before you start.
- Prescription medication. Ask your doctor or pharmacist before you start.
- A diagnosed condition. If you manage one, check with your doctor before starting.
Nothing on the page addresses children; it is written with adults in mind, so check with a doctor before a child has any. Buying for an older parent on daily medication? Let their doctor or pharmacist see the box first.
Is LIVEON vegan, Halal and gluten-free?
Yes to all three, according to our product page. LIVEON is fully vegan, with no animal-derived ingredients. It is Halal-certified, and Halvec has verified it as free from porcine ingredients. It is also certified gluten-free, at under 2mg/kg, and the page adds that it is manufactured to GMP standards and heavy-metal tested.
Each certificate is displayed on the product page and opens full size; if you need a particular Halal certifying body, check the issuer on the Halal certificate before you order.
How to take LIVEON
- Take one sachet a day, after a meal.
- Shake it, tear it open and drink it straight from the sachet; no water is needed.
- Chill it first if you can: the page says it tastes best chilled and describes a light mixed-fruit drink.
- Count on one box of 16 sachets lasting 16 days.
Our page puts consistency well ahead of timing, so pick the meal you never skip.
Can you take LIVEON with MOVEON or other supplements?
LIVEON and MOVEON are often searched together. Our product page describes them as sibling products with different jobs that do not overlap: LIVEON is the botanical drink built around antioxidant ingredients, and MOVEON is the one made for joints. If your search started with knee pain, note that LIVEON is not the joint product.
Taking both? MOVEON is not vegan: it uses egg-derived actives (eggshell membrane and egg yolk), and its page tells anyone with an egg allergy not to take it. Our MOVEON ingredients and side effects guide covers the rest.
With other supplements, watch for overlap: LIVEON already gives you 100mg of vitamin C a sachet, so count it if you also take a separate vitamin C. If you are on prescription medication, clear LIVEON, or any other addition, with your doctor or pharmacist first.
