What is E-VITE?
E-VITE is the eye care chewable from iBling, a Wellous brand, made for eyes that work hard on screens all day. The pack describes it as a chewable tablet of sweet potato, blueberry and lutein (Tablet Kunyahan Ubi Ungu, Blueberi & Lutein), and every 2 tablets deliver 10 mg of XanMax® lutein, 2.2 mg of zeaxanthin and 4 mg of astaxanthin. Wellous calls it a comprehensive eye care formula: a naturally flavoured chewable that supports sharper vision and eye comfort while helping shield your eyes from blue light.

What’s inside E-VITE
- XanMax® lutein, 10 mg per 2 tablets: a patented free-form lutein from marigold flowers, made with patented processes from the United States, Japan and Europe. Hydrolysis technology shrinks the molecule, so it is absorbed directly in the small intestine.
- Zeaxanthin, 2.2 mg per 2 tablets: lutein’s partner in the macular pigment that filters blue light.
- Astaxanthin, 4 mg per 2 tablets: a carotenoid antioxidant that helps relieve eye fatigue and supports eye circulation.
- Blueberry: rich in anthocyanins that support eye circulation and clear vision.
- Purple sweet potato: named on the pack, part of E-VITE’s eye-friendly, antioxidant-rich blend along with ingredients such as tomato and grapefruit.
The American Optometric Association recommends 10 mg of lutein and 2 mg of zeaxanthin a day for eye health, as the E-VITE flyer notes. Your body cannot make either one, and both amounts are hard to reach from an everyday diet. Two E-VITE tablets cover them.
How to take E-VITE
