What is ZENSO Kuro Daitto?
ZENSO Kuro Daitto is the meal-replacement step of the ZENSO Kuro routine by Wellous. It is a powdered shake made with soy and whey protein isolates, fibre creamer and cactus extract, on a base of 3-year fermented Japanese Kurozu black vinegar. Each single-serve sachet gives you about 130 kcal with around 10 g of protein, plus fibre and 18 vitamins and minerals. Shake it with water and drink it in place of a meal. Every sachet is high in protein, high in fibre, high in calcium and a source of iron, with no added sugar and no trans fat. It combines Kurozu with eight key ingredients:

How to take Kuro Daitto
Mix 1 sachet with 200 ml of water, then shake or stir well. Drink it in place of a meal. Breakfast is a simple meal to replace, and lunch works too. If you want to gain weight instead, drink it after a meal. Keep the box in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

- Allergies: contains soy and milk (whey protein). It is not lactose-free.
- Caffeine: the coffee flavour is not suitable if you are highly sensitive to caffeine or have been advised to limit it. Take iron supplements about 2 hours apart from it.
- Pregnancy, breastfeeding or medication: consult your doctor before you start.
Quality and registration
Kuro Daitto is classified as a food product in Malaysia, so it carries no MAL number. Wellous holds a JAKIM halal certificate for Kuro Daitto, valid to 31 March 2028; the FAQ below lists which flavours it covers. Independent lab reports back it up. SGS found Kuro Daitto free from 365 drug substances, including anti-obesity drugs, and free from heavy metals. Halvec Laboratories, a JAKIM panel lab, detected no porcine DNA, ALS found it free from the gluten allergen, and Bio Synergy Laboratories found no microbes.
