It is not a sleeping pill: SGS tested it for 365 drugs, sedatives included, and found none. You drink one sachet about an hour before bed, and one box covers 20 nights. It contains milk protein (lactose-free in ALS testing), so skip it if you are allergic to milk — see RELAZZ on our Singapore store.
We sell RELAZZ in Singapore, so this is a seller’s review written to be useful rather than flattering. Every product fact comes from our Singapore product page.
What is RELAZZ?
RELAZZ is a botanical beverage from AEMIS, sold as a box of 20 sachets of 20 ml. Our page describes it as made for stressed, hard-working adults who lie awake at night or wake up tired. It is a drink, not a capsule: no water and no mixing, you shake the sachet, tear it open and drink it all.
What does RELAZZ do (the “RELAZZ 功效” question)? In the page’s own words, it helps a busy mind switch off, so you fall asleep more easily, sleep deeper and wake up refreshed.
RELAZZ ingredients: what is in each sachet?
The product information on our page lists, in each 20 ml sachet: Lactium® milk protein hydrolysate, fermented rice germ extract, sour date seed extract, hops extract and L-theanine (from corn extract), on a kiwi base. In the page’s words:
- Lactium® milk protein hydrolysate (France): a milk peptide that supports GABA, your brain’s calming messenger; the milk is collected at night.
- Fermented rice germ extract: GABA-rich rice germ, for a steady, settled mind.
- Sour date seed extract: long taken in Chinese tradition to settle a restless, overworked mind at night.
- Hops extract: used for centuries to relax before sleep.
- L-theanine (from corn): a natural amino acid that helps you unwind before bedtime and fall asleep more easily.
The page does not give a milligram amount for each ingredient, so we do not quote one.
What is Lactium, and how is it different from melatonin?
Lactium® is a milk protein hydrolysate: milk protein broken down into smaller pieces called peptides. Our page calls it a milk protein hydrolysate from France, made from milk collected at night, whose bioactive peptide supports GABA, your brain’s calming messenger. It won a Bronze Medal at Health Ingredients Europe 2004 and the 2020 Ringier Technology Award for Food & Beverage.
Lactium vs melatonin: they work on different things. Melatonin is a hormone your body makes in the evening to signal that it is night; in Singapore, melatonin is regulated as a prescription medicine. Lactium® is a food ingredient linked with the calming side of the brain. Melatonin is not on the RELAZZ ingredient list.
How much Lactium (150 mg)? Standalone Lactium® capsules are often labelled at 150 mg, which explains searches for “lactium 150 mg”. Our page does not state how much Lactium® each RELAZZ sachet holds, so follow the RELAZZ directions rather than comparing milligrams.
Is RELAZZ a sleeping pill? Will I wake up groggy?
No. RELAZZ is a botanical beverage, not a sleeping pill. SGS tested it for 365 drugs, sedatives included, and found none. On grogginess, the page says it is made to help you wake up refreshed and alert, and that it is made for every night with no dependence.
The page also shows SGS Malaysia heavy-metal testing (arsenic, lead, cadmium, copper, tin, antimony and mercury: none detected).
How to take it, and when will you feel a difference?
One sachet about an hour before bed, every night, at the same time, with your phone down and lights low.
On timing, the page is honest: everyone is different. Some feel calmer from the first nights, and the suggestion is one sachet every night for at least 60 nights (3 boxes). The page describes the path box by box:
- Box 1, nights 1-20: your wind-down gets easier: the busy mind settles and you drift off sooner.
- Box 2, nights 21-40: deeper, steadier sleep, fewer night wake-ups, and you wake up fresher.
- Box 3, nights 41-60: a sleep routine you can count on, with more energy and focus through the day.
Results vary from person to person.
Halal, lactose and who should check first
Halal: the JAKIM Halal certificate names AEMIS RELAZZ (MS 1500:2019), and Halvec Laboratories, a JAKIM panel laboratory, found no porcine DNA in it.
Lactose: ALS laboratory testing found no lactose above its limit of reporting. It still contains milk protein, because Lactium® is made from milk, so skip it if you are allergic to milk.
Doctor first: ask your doctor first if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication.
Our verdict as the seller: RELAZZ suits adults whose problem is a mind that will not switch off at night and who want a non-drug routine they can repeat every night. The ingredient list is clear, the drug screen and halal papers are on the page, and there is nothing to mix. The trade-offs: it is a nightly habit, the page suggests at least 60 nights, and it is not for anyone allergic to milk. If poor sleep lasts for weeks, see a doctor.
