MOVEON Reviews and Complaints: Which Criticisms Are Fair? (Singapore 2026)

Short answer: The MOVEON complaints worth taking seriously, and in our view fair, are about price, patience and fit: it costs more than a single bottle of glucosamine, needs weeks of daily use before you can judge it, and is out for anyone with an egg allergy.

See MOVEON

When we checked on 22 October 2026, a search of the Health Sciences Authority website found no alert naming MOVEON or its maker, Wellous. Every genuine box carries a QR code you can verify yourself, and ingredients and prices are on our MOVEON Joint Supplement Singapore page.

Looking up MOVEON supplement reviews and complaints before you buy is the right instinct. We sell MOVEON, so weigh what follows accordingly.

What do people complain about with MOVEON?

On 22 October 2026 we searched the HSA website (hsa.gov.sg) for alerts naming MOVEON or Wellous and found none; a general web search that day found no independent MOVEON complaints page either. That is a one-day snapshot, not a claim that nobody has ever been disappointed.

Our product page answers the doubts people raise before buying:

  • Price: why it costs more than glucosamine.
  • Speed: how long before anything is noticeable.
  • Taste and format: a 25ml kiwi-and-green-apple drink, not a tablet. That is personal, though the page notes the same formula as pills would take six to eight large capsules a day.
  • Fit: two of its three branded actives come from egg.
  • Trust: an unfamiliar brand name, and whether a box is genuine.

Which complaints are fair

It costs more than glucosamine

Fair. Our price is S$115 for a box of 16 sachets, which lasts 16 days, not a month: about S$7.19 a day, or about S$5.20 a day on the six-box pack (S$499 for 96 days). Our product page explains that its three branded actives cost a manufacturer several times what bulk glucosamine costs, and MOVEON already contains glucosamine and chondroitin within Ovomet®. That explains the price; it does not make it cheap. A fair trial takes about three months, so budget for a trial, not one box.

It is not a quick fix

Fair. MOVEON is not a painkiller: as our own guide puts it, if you want relief in a few days, that is what analgesics are for. Its support builds over weeks of daily use.

It does not suit everyone

Fair. The egg-derived actives rule it out for anyone with an egg allergy, and it is not vegan. Where it does suit, our guide is clear that the realistic result is partial support, not a rebuilt knee. Individual results vary, and anyone promising a specific outcome on a specific date is selling something else.

Which complaints are about timing

If MOVEON seemed to do nothing after one box, check the timing. Our two pages put it like this:

  • Product page: the structural support builds over 4–12 weeks of daily use. One 16-day box is enough to judge the taste, not the product.
  • Does MOVEON actually work? More conservative: it describes the first month as mostly tolerance-checking, and months two to three as when people who report a clear difference say they noticed it. Its advice: give it three months.

Both agree that one box is too early to judge MOVEON. If you miss a day, take the next sachet as usual and do not double up.

Is MOVEON legit?

If the brand is new to you, check it rather than take our word:

  • Maker: Wellous, a Malaysian wellness company; MOVEON is sold under Immority, its line behind both MOVEON and LIVEON.
  • Ingredients: 11 natural actives per sachet, built around three branded ingredients our product page describes as patented in their home countries: UC-II® undenatured type II collagen (USA) at 40mg, Ovomet® eggshell membrane (Spain) and BonePep™ egg yolk peptide (Japan), plus 500mg turmeric and vitamin D3. The full list is on the box label.
  • Testing: the product page lists a GMP-certified facility, third-party testing by SGS (free from heavy metals and screened against 365 adulterant drugs), independent microbial testing, a Halvec Laboratories certificate of analysis and JAKIM Halal certification.
  • Your box: every box carries the manufacturer’s anti-counterfeit QR code. Scan it and key in the security code (you get one try), and the page tells you whether the pack is original; help is on our Verify My Product page.
  • Who sells it here: Go Fit Organic, which runs this store, is an official authorised Wellous dealer; see our authorised seller page.

Who should not take MOVEON

  • Egg allergy: do not take it.
  • Strict vegans: it suits vegetarians who eat eggs, not a vegan diet.
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding: check with your doctor first.
  • Prescription medication: speak to your doctor or pharmacist first, especially if you are on anticoagulants; turmeric at a research-level dose is worth flagging.
  • Children: our product page describes MOVEON for adults and gives no guidance for children, so ask a doctor first.
  • A hot, swollen or acutely painful joint: see a doctor to find out why rather than reaching for a supplement.

If something does not agree with you after you start, stop taking it and speak to your doctor. MOVEON is a dietary supplement, not a substitute for anything your doctor has recommended.

Frequently asked questions

Is MOVEON a scam? No. It has a named maker, published prices, branded ingredients, test certificates on our product page and a QR code on every box you can check yourself. It is a joint-support supplement, not a medicine, and whether it suits you is a separate question from whether it is genuine.

Why is MOVEON more expensive than glucosamine? Its branded actives cost a manufacturer several times what bulk glucosamine does; the price section above has the numbers.

How long before I know if MOVEON suits me? Give it three months; one box tells you about the taste, not the product.

Can I take MOVEON with my medication? Ask your doctor or pharmacist first, and do not change a prescription on your own.

MOVEON is a dietary supplement, not a medicine. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and individual results vary. It contains egg: do not take it if you have an egg allergy. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take prescription medication or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use.

Check your pack is genuine

Every official pack carries an anti-counterfeit QR code on the back. Scan it and key in the security code (you get one try), and the page tells you whether the pack is original.
