WHO WE ARE
This website is https://www.gofitorganic.com — the brand hub for the Go Fit Organic network of country stores. It is operated by Vokmont Pte. Ltd (Company Reg. No. 202221933K), 1 Irving Place #09-02, The Commerze@Irving, Singapore (369546). Our business details are on our About page. For any privacy question or request, email support@gofitorganic.com.
Orders are not placed on this hub page. When you choose a country you are taken to that country’s store on this same website (for example /singapore/ or /malaysia/), where ordering and payment take place. The practices described below apply across the whole network.
WHAT WE COLLECT
- When you browse: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you reached the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.
- When you order: your name, delivery address, email address, phone number and order contents. We need these to take payment and deliver your order.
- When you create an account: the details you enter in your profile.
- When you start a checkout but do not finish: if you have entered your email address, we may store it so we can send you a reminder. You can opt out of these reminders at any time using the link in the email, or by emailing us.
- When you leave a comment: the data in the comment form, your IP address and your browser user agent string, to help detect spam.
PAYMENTS
Payments are processed by Airwallex (card, and the express checkout methods offered in your country). Your full card number is entered directly with the payment provider and is never stored on our servers. Airwallex processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. No payment is taken on this hub page.
ANALYTICS AND ADVERTISING
We use the following third-party services, which set cookies and receive information about your visit:
- Google Tag Manager — to load the measurement tags listed below.
- Google Analytics 4 — to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, products viewed, purchases).
- Google Ads — to measure which adverts lead to purchases, and to show you our products again on Google services after you have visited (remarketing).
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel and Conversions API — to measure advert performance and show you relevant adverts on Meta platforms. The Conversions API sends purchase and browsing events from our server to Meta. Where this includes contact details such as your email address, they are hashed (irreversibly scrambled) before being sent.
These providers may combine this information with data they already hold about you. You can opt out of Google advertising personalisation at adssettings.google.com and manage Meta advert preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies.
We send order confirmations, shipping updates and, where relevant, checkout reminders. Delivery of these emails is handled by our email providers. We do not sell your email address.
COOKIES
We use cookies to keep your cart and login working, to remember your country and your preferences, and for the analytics and advertising purposes described above. If you leave a comment you may opt in to save your name and email in a cookie for convenience. Login and screen-preference cookies apply only to registered users.
EMBEDDED CONTENT FROM OTHER WEBSITES
Articles on this site may include embedded content such as videos. Embedded content from other websites behaves as though you had visited that website, and those sites may collect data about you, set cookies and monitor your interaction with the embedded content. If you upload images, avoid images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS), as visitors can extract it.
WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH
We share only what is needed to run the stores: with our payment provider to take payment, with our delivery partners to deliver your order, with our email provider to send you order emails, and with the analytics and advertising providers named above. If you request a password reset, your IP address is included in the reset email. We do not sell your personal data.
HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete them. Comments and their metadata are kept so that follow-up comments can be recognised automatically.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw consent to marketing at any time. We cannot delete data we are required to keep for legal, tax or security reasons. To make a request, email support@gofitorganic.com.
