When a return is accepted

Except as set out below, items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. A return is accepted when:

  • the item was not received by the buyer;
  • the item arrived defective and/or damaged; or
  • the item does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong item sent).

How returns work

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • An exchange is processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • If the returned product is out of stock, you will be refunded the original price paid.

Refund processing fee

A processing fee of NZD$10 or 5% of the order amount (whichever is higher) may be applied to refunds, at our discretion.
