New Zealand Refund Policy

Except as indicated below, all items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • The item has not been received by the Buyer; The Item was defective and/or damaged on delivery;
  • The Item does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong item.)

The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Only after receiving the returned product will an exchange be conducted.

The approval of the exchange is contingent on a thorough examination of the returned product.

Only if the returned product is out-of-stock will you be eligible for a refund of the original price paid.

A processing fee of NZD$10 or 5% of the order amount (whichever higher) will be applied in the event of a refund, at our discretion.
