Orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed and typically arrive in 1–3 days. You will receive tracking details by email once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
There are no delivery charges, customs charges or import duties on any order — every parcel ships domestically within Malaysia.
Before delivering your parcel, the courier may attempt to contact you. If nobody is available at the delivery address, the courier will arrange a redelivery.
We can only ship up to six items per month to one address.
