What is RELAZZ?
RELAZZ is the bedtime drink from AEMIS, a Wellous brand, made to help you switch off, sleep deeply and wake up refreshed. Each box holds 20 ready-to-drink sachets of 20 ml. The pack describes it as a botanical beverage of kiwi, milk protein hydrolysate and L-theanine, and its hero ingredient is Lactium®, a branded milk protein hydrolysate from France. Wellous calls RELAZZ a sleep enhancement beverage: one sachet an hour before bed, every night.

What’s inside RELAZZ
RELAZZ pairs a French milk ingredient with Japanese rice germ and traditional calming botanicals:
- Lactium® milk protein hydrolysate (France): contains a bioactive peptide that supports GABA, the brain’s natural calming messenger. It is made from milk collected at night, and it won a Bronze Medal at Health Ingredients Europe 2004 (“Best Innovation in Health Ingredients”) and the 2020 Ringier Technology Award for Food & Beverage.
- L-theanine (from corn extract): a naturally occurring amino acid that helps you relax before bedtime, fall asleep more easily and enjoy better-quality sleep.
- Fermented rice germ extract (Japan): GABA-enriched rice germ made with a patented enzyme-activation process, for a steady mood and healthy nervous system function.
- Sour date seed extract: a classic herb of traditional Chinese medicine, recorded in the Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing, used to settle an overworked, restless mind at night.
- Hops extract: used in Europe for centuries to promote relaxation before sleep.
- Kiwi: the botanical base named on the pack.
RELAZZ contains milk protein and is lactose-free, as verified by ALS laboratory testing.
How to take RELAZZ
Take 1 sachet about one hour before bedtime. Shake it well, then drink the whole sachet once it is opened. One box of 20 sachets covers 20 nights. Take it at the same time each night and give yourself a quiet, screen-free wind-down while it settles you.

- Certified halal by JAKIM, with the certificate valid until 31 May 2028. Halvec Laboratories, a JAKIM panel laboratory, detected no porcine DNA.
- SGS-tested free from 365 drugs, including sedatives, and free from heavy metals.
- Lactose-free as verified by ALS, with no microbes found by Bio Synergy Laboratories.
