What LIVEON and MOVEON each do

MOVEON is a 25 ml joint drink in kiwi and green apple, with the same 11 natural actives in every sachet. Its line on the same page: it supports joints, cartilage and mobility for everyday movement.
They are sister products with separate jobs that, as our page says, don’t overlap.
What is in each sachet: LIVEON vs MOVEON
- LIVEON (20 ml, morning): four branded actives — Sirtmax® black turmeric (Japan), Enzogenol® pine bark (New Zealand), SOD Extramel® French-melon superoxide dismutase and Puredia Seaberry® sea buckthorn — with kiwi, mangosteen, mulberry, acai, giant knotweed, grape seed, aloe vera, green tea and curcumin, plus 100 mg of vitamin C. Vegan, fat-free and 11 kcal a sachet.
- MOVEON (25 ml, night): Ovomet® eggshell membrane from Spain (contributing collagen types I, V and X, elastin, hyaluronic acid, glucosamine and chondroitin), UC-II® undenatured type II collagen from the USA at 40 mg, BonePep™ egg-yolk peptide from Japan, turmeric at 500 mg and vitamin D3.
The one overlap is turmeric: MOVEON carries 500 mg, and LIVEON lists curcumin, turmeric’s best-known compound, among its supporting botanicals without an amount (its Sirtmax® “black turmeric” is a different plant). Check each box label for the full panel.
How to take both: LIVEON in the morning, MOVEON at night
- Morning, LIVEON: one 20 ml sachet on an empty stomach, before breakfast.
- Night, MOVEON: one 25 ml sachet after your evening meal.
That is our bundle page’s routine. Both are shake-tear-and-drink liquids: no water, nothing to swallow, best chilled.
One difference: the LIVEON page on its own says one sachet a day after a meal, while the bundle page puts it before breakfast on an empty stomach. Since the LIVEON and MOVEON pages each say consistency matters far more than timing, pick the slot you will keep.
How long does a pair of boxes last?
Every box holds 16 sachets, so one LIVEON plus one MOVEON covers 16 days of taking both. The bundle comes in four sizes:
- 1 MOVEON + 1 LIVEON: 16 days
- 2 MOVEON + 2 LIVEON: 32 days
- 3 MOVEON + 3 LIVEON: 48 days
- 6 MOVEON + 6 LIVEON: 96 days
These are the same boxes you would buy singly, in one order. Six boxes of MOVEON alone is 96 days of MOVEON, while 3 + 3 is 48 days of taking both.
Halal, egg and who should check with a doctor first
- Halal: MOVEON is Halal-certified by JAKIM, with a Halvec Laboratories certificate of analysis confirming no porcine ingredients. LIVEON is Halal-certified and Halvec-verified, including no porcine ingredients, and certified gluten-free.
- Egg: MOVEON’s Ovomet® comes from eggshell membrane and its BonePep™ from egg yolk. If you have an egg allergy, do not take MOVEON; if you are unsure, speak to your doctor first. MOVEON is not vegan, though it suits vegetarians who eat eggs; LIVEON is fully vegan.
- Doctor first: if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take prescription medication or manage a diagnosed condition. Both pages describe adult use, so ask a doctor before giving either drink to a child.

Do you need both?
No. Our bundle page says you can absolutely start with one. If your priority is joint support for everyday movement, MOVEON on its own is a complete product; LIVEON is what people add when they also want antioxidant and daily-vitality support. The 1 + 1 set is there so you can try the two-step routine for 16 days without committing to a bigger set.
