What is TIGROX LIVETAL and what is in it?
LIVETAL is a ready-to-drink botanical beverage in the TIGROX range: a 20 ml sachet you tear open and drink, with no water and no mixing. Our page sums it up as daily liver care in one sachet, made for late nights, eating out and busy social calendars. KKM classifies it as food, not medicine.
As printed on the box, each sachet contains:
- Antromax® Antrodia cinnamomea mycelia powder: Taiwanese antrodia mycelium cultured on whole grains for 3 to 5 months, rich in triterpenoids, polysaccharides and SOD.
- Turmeric extract: the golden root of Asian kitchens.
- Radix Bupleuri extract (chai hu): a classic of traditional liver formulas.
- Astragalus extract (huang qi).
- The fruit base: avocado juice powder and mango powder, plus thickener as food conditioner, permitted preservatives and permitted flavouring.
Each sachet has 6 kcal and 0.4 g of sugar.

How and when do I drink it?
One sachet a day, after a meal. Tear it open and drink it straight from the sachet, all of it once opened. Pick lunch or dinner, whichever you never miss. The box allows 1-2 sachets a day; one a day is how a box lasts 20 days. Store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Does it help after a night out?
Our page says it helps you recover from a hangover: antrodia supports your body’s alcohol breakdown, so the morning after feels fresher. The same answer adds the part that matters most: it does not make heavy drinking safe, so drink water and rest too. It is daily backup, not permission for one more round.
Who should not take it?
Ask your doctor first if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking any medicine. We would add anyone with a diagnosed liver condition or abnormal liver tests: show your doctor the box before you start. Our page lists no specific side effects, and we will not claim any food drink has none; if something does not agree with you, stop and speak to your doctor.
The safety papers are on our product page: the National Poison Centre at Universiti Sains Malaysia screened LIVETAL for 8 corticosteroids by GC-MS and found none; Bio Synergy Laboratories detected no arsenic, lead, mercury, cadmium or tin and found no growth of harmful microbes such as E. coli or Salmonella; and it is named on a JAKIM Halal certificate valid until 31 August 2027.
When will I notice a difference?
