How to take

Who should not take this
Pregnant or breastfeeding women, or women trying to conceive: ISODUCE Plus contains phytoestrogens (soy isoflavones, Pueraria mirifica) and ashwagandha. Anyone under 18. Anyone with, or with a history of, a hormone-sensitive condition: breast, uterine or ovarian cancer, endometriosis or fibroids. If you take hormonal medication (contraceptive pill, HRT), blood thinners, or thyroid or psychiatric medication, ask your doctor first. In the first weeks, your cycle may come earlier or later, or be heavier. If your periods stopped 12 months or more ago, any bleeding is unusual. What is ISODUCE Plus used for?

Are soy isoflavones safe?
ISODUCE Plus is classified as a food product by Malaysia’s NPRA, and its lab report found no synthetic hormones. Soy isoflavones aren’t for everyone: skip ISODUCE Plus if you’re allergic to soy, pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to conceive, or have (or had) a hormone-sensitive condition.
How much soy isoflavone is in a sachet?
Soy isoflavones make up 6.7% of each 3 g sachet, as printed on the Malaysian label.
Can I take NOVIA and ISODUCE Plus together?
Yes, that’s what the set is for. Take NOVIA and one sachet of ISODUCE Plus in the morning.

What does ISODUCE Plus taste like?
It’s an elderflower drink mix: lightly floral and lightly sweet, 11 kcal a sachet. Drink it straight or stir it into lukewarm water.
How long does one box last?
20 sachets: 20 days at 1 sachet a day, or 10 days at 2.
Are there side effects?
Some women notice an earlier or later period in the first weeks. It isn’t for pregnancy, breastfeeding, trying to conceive, or hormone-sensitive conditions. The full list is under “Who should not take this”, beside the price.
Does it contain hormones?
No synthetic hormones were detected. USM’s toxicology lab screened NOVIA (batch 124WNVA46) for six hormones, including norethisterone, ethinyl estradiol and progesterone, and detected none. ISODUCE Plus carries its own no-synthetic-hormone test certificate. The phytoestrogens come from soy and Pueraria mirifica.
Is this the old ISOduce?
No. ISODUCE Plus is the upgraded formula (an elderflower-powder base at 51%, ashwagandha extract 10%, L-arginine and cranberry, 3 g sachets).
Are there any negative reviews?
