What is MOVEON supplement?
MOVEON is a liquid joint-support supplement: one box holds 16 ready-to-drink 25ml sachets in kiwi and green apple flavour, taken once a day, so a box lasts 16 days. Shake, tear, sip — no water needed, nothing to swallow. Each sachet carries the same 11 natural actives:
- Ovomet® eggshell membrane (patented in Spain), which contributes collagen types I, V and X, elastin, hyaluronic acid, glucosamine and chondroitin;
- UC-II® undenatured type II collagen (patented in the USA) at 40mg;
- turmeric at 500mg;
- BonePep™ egg yolk peptide (patented in Japan);
- vitamin D3, which contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function.

Does MOVEON have side effects?

- The “oil” is synovial fluid. Ovomet® contributes hyaluronic acid, which our page describes as supporting synovial fluid viscosity — ingredient-level support, not a refill.
- No big pills. It is a liquid; our page notes the same formula in pill form would take six to eight large capsules a day.
