A box holds 16 kiwi-and-green-apple sachets, one a day. Two of the actives come from egg, so MOVEON is not for anyone with an egg allergy — see MOVEON on our Malaysia store.
Looking up MOVEON’s ingredients? Here is each one in turn, what it is for and who it rules out, using only what our live Malaysian MOVEON page states.

What is in one MOVEON sachet?
MOVEON is a ready-to-drink liquid: 16 sachets of 25 ml a box, one a day, in kiwi and green apple, with nothing to mix or swallow. Every sachet carries the same 11 natural actives:
- Ovomet® eggshell membrane (Spain), the source of seven of the eleven: collagen types I, V and X, elastin, hyaluronic acid, glucosamine and chondroitin
- UC-II® undenatured type II collagen (USA): 40 mg
- BonePep™ egg-yolk peptide (Japan)
- Turmeric: 500 mg
- Vitamin D3: 2,000 IU
The UC-II® and turmeric amounts come from the ingredient line, vitamin D3 from the page’s comparison table. No amount is given for Ovomet® or BonePep™, so we give none; check the box label for the full panel.
Ovomet® eggshell membrane: what it is and what it contributes
Ovomet® is a branded eggshell membrane from Spain: the thin layer between an egg’s shell and its white, which our page calls a complete connective-tissue matrix. It brings seven of MOVEON’s actives in together, in their native form rather than as isolated powders.
- Collagen types I, V and X, and elastin: our page says Ovomet®’s elastin and type I collagen support tendon integrity.
- Hyaluronic acid: described as supporting synovial fluid viscosity; synovial fluid is the joint’s lubricant.
- Glucosamine and chondroitin: naturally occurring inside the membrane. Our page calls glucosamine raw material for cartilage.
UC-II® undenatured type II collagen (40 mg)
UC-II® is a branded undenatured type II collagen from the USA, at 40 mg in every sachet. Type II collagen is the main collagen in cartilage, and “undenatured” means it has not been broken down the way the hydrolysed collagen in most collagen powders has.
Why only 40 mg, when collagen powders are measured in grams? Our page is clear that UC-II® is not a supply ingredient at all, so it is not meant to work like a scoop of collagen protein. Our pages sum up the formula’s overall job as supporting joints, cartilage and mobility for everyday movement.
BonePep™ egg-yolk peptide and vitamin D3
BonePep™ is a hydrolysed egg-yolk peptide from Japan. Our page gives it a simple role: it supports bone metabolism, the bone beneath the cartilage.
Vitamin D3 sits beside it at 2,000 IU and contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function. If you take another vitamin D supplement, ask your pharmacist whether the total suits you.
Turmeric (500 mg)
Turmeric is the golden root familiar from Malaysian kitchens, and curcumin is its best-known compound. MOVEON carries 500 mg of turmeric per sachet; the page gives no extract type or curcumin percentage. If you take prescription medicine, blood thinners included, ask your doctor or pharmacist before starting, as our page advises.

Egg-derived ingredients: who should not take MOVEON
Two of MOVEON’s three branded actives come from egg: Ovomet® from eggshell membrane and BonePep™ from egg yolk. If you have an egg allergy, do not take MOVEON; if you are unsure, speak to your doctor before starting. It is not vegan, though it suits vegetarians who eat eggs. Pregnant, breastfeeding or on prescription medication? Check with your doctor first.
MOVEON is Halal-certified by JAKIM, with a Halvec Laboratories certificate of analysis confirming no porcine ingredients. Side effects, the certificates and KKM questions are covered in our MOVEON side effects, Halal and KKM guide.
MOVEON vs LIVEON ingredients: what is different?
LIVEON is MOVEON’s sister drink. It comes in 20 ml sachets (MOVEON’s are 25 ml) with four branded actives — Sirtmax® black turmeric (Japan), Enzogenol® pine bark (New Zealand), SOD Extramel® French-melon superoxide dismutase and Puredia Seaberry® sea buckthorn — plus kiwi, mangosteen, mulberry, acai, giant knotweed, grape seed, aloe vera, green tea, curcumin and 100 mg of vitamin C. LIVEON is vegan; MOVEON, with its egg-derived actives, is not.
The one overlap is turmeric: MOVEON states 500 mg, while LIVEON lists curcumin among its supporting botanicals without an amount (its Sirtmax® “black turmeric” is a different plant, Kaempferia parviflora). Their jobs differ too: our bundle page says LIVEON supports daily vitality, antioxidant protection and overall wellness, while MOVEON supports joints, cartilage and mobility for everyday movement.
